Production Manager

The Production Manager will report to General Manager. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage relationships along with ensuring smooth operations for the company. In this role you will assist in implementing the short and long term business plans.


Responsible for liquid milk processing ,production of milk products like Ghee ,butter, lassi in unit and ensure that the entire production process runs safely, efficiently and delivers on the business plan objectives.
Responsible to look after QC/QA department .
Quality System Development & Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality
Production Planning and Control
Operations and Maintenance
Be responsible for effectively managing the people, equipment, and processes related to production.
Be accountable for meeting the overall safety, quality, production, and financial performance objectives of the operation. Including being accountable for plant wide compliance and best practice.
